Cancellation Policy

Your vacation is safe with Okeanos Yachting. The travel prohibitions imposed by the states during the Covid 19 Pandemic phase are deemed force majeure, and Okeanos Yachting reserves the right to postpone the trip date to a later date without any additional fee or full refund for both domestic and international guests.

Except in the case of force majeure, our clients must inform Okeanos Yachting in writing if they wish to cancel the week they have chartered our vessel. Okeanos yachting reserves the right not to refund the deposit amount paid up to 30% of the total cost of the tour after receiving a written cancellation request.

Okeanos Yachting can examine our guests' requests to postpone their blue cruise tours and accommodate them based on availability. If the trip cannot be re-scheduled for the desired week, Okeanos Yachting will offer suggestions to the clients. The postponing process will not take place if an agreement cannot be reached up until the tour week.
