Okeanos Yachting is a TURSAB-affiliated official tourism agency that hires out its own boats and other boats on a weekly basis, with all appropriate contracts and business relationships, to both local and foreign tourists, via its website and other marketing methods.

Okeanos Yachting discloses all agency services specifically indicated in the TURSAB law both on its official website and on its social media accounts and reserves the right to sell it to users (within the limitations and terms clearly stated in the contract).

You certify that you have read and understood all of the terms and conditions listed on this page by purchasing any service from Okeanos Yachting. By controlling all service and content access, these terms and conditions form a valid and binding legal agreement between the Agent and the Customer.

Okeanos Yachting reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to unilaterally alter or fully change the terms and conditions contained in this text without alerting end-users. On the page https://www.okeanosyachting.com/support/terms-and-conditions.php, all terms and conditions are listed.

When constitutional obligations change, Okeanos Yachting may add new concepts and rules to the specified terms and conditions. In customer and agency relationships, the new principles and standards that were introduced subsequently and disclosed on this site are also binding. You do not have the right to obtain information or use the services on Okeanos Yachting's website if you do not agree to these terms and conditions. Individuals under the age of eighteen (18) are not permitted to acquire any of Okeanos Yachting's services, whether through its official website or other marketing means. Those who intend to purchase services from Okeanos Yachting must declare that they are over the age of 18 and that all of their personal information is correct. Persons under the age of 18 can use our services as participants in the presence of their legal guardians. Only their relatives above the age of 18 can use their bank accounts or other means of payment methods to pay for our services such as buying tours and/or renting a boat. Okeanos Yachting publishes information on its own boats as well as any commercial vessels on its website without consulting the owners. If boat owners do not want their vessels to be advertised on Okeanos Yachting's website, they may demand that the listing be deleted by contacting the agency. However, in the event that the specifications or prices of the boats listed on the Okeanos Yachting website change, the shipowners may demand the necessary revisions in writing to the agency.

Visitors to the Okeanos Yachting website have the ability to search for and browse related announcements providing information on the advertised boats, including descriptions, images, and rates, as well as make reservations. Okeanos yachting may release various kinds of information while offering services. In this case, the visitor should contact Okeanos Yachting to check and validate all the data of the vessel they wish to charter. All of the content announced on the site is subject to change owing to annual maintenance, revision, and rebuilding by the shipowners. When a site user submits a booking request for any of the vessels listed on the site, he or she fills out the forms via Okeanos Yachting's channels of communication and receives information about the boats' availability, current status, and costs. Okeanos Yachting reserves the right to make Special Offers, to confirm availability for such requests, to provide payment options, or to refuse requests that do not meet the agreed-upon parameters. Okeanos Yachting reserves the right to keep all correspondence with clients on record, without sharing it with any third parties, to monitor service quality and for any future legal obligations that may arise.

Visitors to the site can make a Pre-Reservation Request for an advertisement on the Okeanos Yachting website. This does not ensure that the vessel has been reserved.

Okeanos Yachting communicates with the visitor through the communication channels provided in the request form, with the price on the site and a special offer, based on the boat's availability, under the preliminary request created. Only once the agency and the client have fully agreed on all aspects does the customer complete the booking by signing the rental contract, which is legal and binding on both parties.

Okeanos Yachting may provide its clients an option period during the yacht charter process to decide and confirm the reservation. However, during the option period, there is no certainty that the vessel will still be available in the specified timeframe.
