A fully equipped galley area is situated on board to prepare gourmet meals throughout the journey. The kitchen inventory comes complete with an oven, refrigerator, beverage cooler, wine cooler, deep freezer, ice maker, and filter coffee machine. Provisions can either be purchased directly by guests based on pre-planned menus or sourced on your behalf by our crew prior to embarkation. Prepared dishes are served at the large dining table on the aft deck or inside the indoor lounge area.

Based at Bodrum Port, Ametist A operates under the guidance of a 4-member professional crew comprising 1 captain, 1 cook, and 2 deckhands.
